Cancellations & Returns

We at InkJet Etc understand that things change and you may wish to cancel your order. Where possible we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Before it Ships

If you request cancellation before your order ships, we will cancel your order and provide a complete refund in the same form as your payment. Please allow 48 hours for you cancellation to be processed.

Please note that your order may have been shipped up to 24 hours before you receive a shipping confirmation.

After it Ships

After your order has been shipped, we have incurred costs for processing and shipping your product and cannot retrieve your order from the shipper. We are happy to accept your order as returned merchandise. Please return the product to us (shipping prepaid) and we will refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
