Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders over $49.00 (exclusive of taxes)

A flat shipping fee of $8.50 (plus applicable taxes) is charged on all orders under $49.00 (exclusive of taxes).

In most instances your order will ship the same day you complete your purchase. Orders received after 2:00 PM (Eastern Time), on Ontario public holidays or weekends will ship the next business day.

All items on our web site are normal stock items. In the unlikely circumstance that we are out-of-stock for an item in your order, we will hold your entire order and contact you.

Most orders are shipped by Canada Post, Expedited Parcel service and will be delivered to most Canadian locations in 3 to 5 business days.

When you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation. Your order may be tracked through the Canada Post web site at http://www.canadapost.ca/Personal/Tools/Track/ItemSingle.aspx

If your order is received damaged, please contact us at clientcare@inkjetetc.com to ensure you receive a replacement product as soon as possible and to obtain instructions for returning your damaged shipment.
