Sales Taxes

Federal Taxes

We are required by the Government of Canada to collect taxes on all sales delivered to an address within Canada. Depending on where the shipment is delivered, the taxes will vary.

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) applies on all sales shipped to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. The HST rate is 13% for all HST Provinces with the exception of British Columbia (12%) and Nova Scotia (15%) and applies to the total price including shipping costs.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to sales shipped to provinces and territories other than Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. The GST rate is 5%.

Deliveries outside of Canada will be shipped tax free.

Provincial Sales Taxes

As our business is based in Ontario, we are not required to collect Provincial Sales Taxes on sales shipped to an address outside of Canada or a Canadian address outside of Ontario.
